ISL Weekend

Persitara v Persiwa 1-0 ( John Tarkpor)

The lights went out at Persitara's adopted Lamongan home on Saturday night forcing the game to be finished the following day but have Persiwa's hopes of 2nd place also faded. Despite their final two games being at home where thet have yet to drop a point Persib have three games in hand. For Persitara satisfaction from taking four points from the Papuan giants in their last two home games and they sit in 14th position, four points clear of Deltras who occupy the play off place.

Pelita Jaya v Arema 0-0

Fandi Ahmad's men failed to make it seven straight wins but hey, remained unbeaten in their run of home games and substantially climbed the table. I didn't go as I had planned to and for that I blame that Dutch guy 'Hiene' Ken.

Persita v Persija 1-1 (Made Adi Wirahadi; Fabio Lopes) 500

Poor Persija seem to be in free fall at th moment despite taking a 2nd minute lead at Siliwamgi Stadium. Wirahadi, recalled to the Persita side after being benched at home to Persela, pulled one back and so it ended. A poor result for both sides but especially Persita who probably saw their hopes of ISL football end. They are 16th now, five points from safety but just two games left.

Persijap v Persela 3-1 8,300

Deltras v PKT 1-1 (Sergio Junior; Satria Feri) 4,515

Deltras still have an outside chance of saving themselves from relegation but they will be rueing Feri's late winner. PKT are probably safe with two home games remaining
